Exceptional service, have used them twice now. We have had an issue with the water here (on a Well) and have called 3 other plumbers before we got ahold of Summit. All 3 other companies had no clue as to the issue and how to resolve it, Jeremy at Summit knew right way the problem and it only ended up costing a fraction and saved us a big headache for when we sell our house!! The girls in the office are nice too.

I was very pleased with Summit Plumbing. Summit was assigned to me through American Home Shield. The problem with my water heater started at 4 p.m., the Friday before the start of the Memorial Day weekend. I had no hot water. I contacted Summit on Saturday morning. Jeremy came to my home on Sunday and by Monday afternoon my water heater was swapped out for a brand new one. I could not have asked for better service under the conditions of a holiday. Jeremy was very professional. I would definitely call Summit in the future.

I'm going to make a very long story as short as possible. After several visits to my newly purchased first home by another heating/plumbing company who did nothing at all but create problems for me, my home warranty company finally got wise and called Summit. They were out within the hour, got right on it and were friendly and helpful.

Within about 45 minutes, they had cleaned up all the debri around the furnace, replaced vents/flues on both my water heater and furnace, diagnosed the problem with the motor, ordered the necessary parts to fix it and dealt with the warranty company for me! All of this during a time when it has been cold and they are completely slammed with other heating jobs. I am beyond thrilled with their service! I also got a very basic education from them about how my furnace and water heater work and how to light the pilot. THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Chad, Cody and Mary!

I recently had my Forced Air heater serviced by Summit. Cody was awesome! Very professional and didn't treat me like I was an idiot! He gave me some tips on how to make it run more efficiently and what I need to do should I have a problem with it. They all worked around my work schedule, which means a lot to me. We had sewage backing up; thinking the worst.  Summit came right out and quickly recognized that it was actually a problem with the city's main line and not a problem with our plumbing.  They got the line fixed and working immediately.  What a relief.

Wow great service.  Water heater pilot light sensor decided to die so my home warranty service sent the service call to Summit.  Glad they did!  Derrick showed up diagnosed the problem in a flash and he had the part on his truck so it was fixed right away.  Voila' hot water again.  He also took a few minutes to talk about our hot water recirculating pump and system.  Very informative and knowledgeable.  If we ever have another plumbing issue we will certainly give Summit a call again and hope they sent Derrick.

Great service... Had a clogged kitchen drain with a broken pipe under the sink ( because I tried to fix it myself) two guys came out (Josh & Mike) they were not only very professional but very personable..  Even though this was a Saturday with time and a half, they did not overly charge! I would highly recommend Summit Plumbing!!

Our septic started backing up into the house, so we decided to do two things.....get the tank pumped, and snake the lines to clear any blockage.  The septic tank pumping company came out and "located" where we should dig to expose the tank lid (it is buried).  My husband dug and dug, only to find out that they were wrong.  Meanwhile, Summit came out and snaked the lines, cleared any blockage, and very quickly located the correct place where my husband should dig.  They were on time, professional, reasonably priced, and I will call them again in a heartbeat.  Come to find out, they also could have taken care of the pumping issue, and would have been $25 cheaper than who we originally called.  Summit is the place to call.

We had a spectacular experience with Chad at Summit. He came by to look at our ancient furnace on a Fri. He gave us a very understandable and relevant review of choices, quoted us a fair price and then said he thought he could install it by Wed. (that's right, the very next week). On Wed., he showed up with his crew and got everything installed and working by early afternoon. This included a new furnace with a humidifier, two new thermostats and rewiring the connection to our Nest thermostat. Oh and he also rerouted our ducts so that I can access more of the space under our house for storage. Really doesn't get much better than this for service!
